Welcome to EvolvedWOTLK, a World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King private server operated under the EvolvedCMS platform. By accessing or using our website, game services, or related features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Legal Disclaimer

EvolvedWOTLK is a fan‑made, non‑commercial project. We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, World of Warcraft, or any of their trademarks, products, or intellectual property. All World of Warcraft–related assets, names, and references belong to Blizzard Entertainment.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

5.3 Real‑Money Transactions (RMT)

  • Buying or selling accounts.
  • Buying or selling gold, items, or services for real money.
  • Advertising third‑party RMT services.

5.4 Server Integrity Violations

  • Attempting to DDoS, disrupt, or harm the server.
  • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the website or database.
  • Reverse‑engineering or tampering with server files.

6. In‑Game Rules

All players must follow the Server Rules, which may be updated periodically. Failure to follow the rules may result in disciplinary action.

7. Donations

Donations, if accepted, are voluntary and non‑refundable. Donations do not grant ownership or special rights over the server. Any in‑game rewards are cosmetic or convenience‑based and do not imply entitlement.
